Refund Policy

At Centurion, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality, and ethically sourced products. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be approved for purchases made from Centurion, whether online or in-store.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The product received is materially different from its description.
  • The product has a verified defect or issue that cannot be resolved through replacement or support.

Before any refund is approved, customers are required to contact Centurion and allow us a reasonable opportunity to assess the issue and offer a solution, which may include replacement or exchange.
All refunds are issued solely at Centurion’s discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.
  • Accidental or incorrect purchases.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or are not in their original condition and packaging (where applicable).

3. Conditions for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Centurion reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet these conditions.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.
